Starbucks Launching Personalized Messages On Coffee Cups:  Business Insider says Starbucks is implementing a new initiative starting on February 24th.  Employees will write personalized messages on single-use coffee cups. The messages will be positive like “you’re amazing”.
Some employees have expressed their concerns about the messages and their impact on service time.
