A new survey by Charles Schwab reveals that Americans believe the average net worth needed to be financially comfortable in 2025 is $839,000. Other findings:
– Boomers believe $943,000 is needed, Gen X $783,000, millennials $847,000, and Gen Z’ers $329,000 for financial comfort
– The average single-family home in the U.S. costs $369,147
– The average cost of a new car is close to $50,000
