Judge Tosses Buffalo Wild Wings Lawsuit; Says Complaint Has ‘No Meat On Its Bones’: USA TODAY says a judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings over boneless wings. The plaintiff claimed the chain deceived customers by selling nuggets as “boneless wings.” The court ruled that as long as the meat is from the wing portion of the animal, it can be marketed as ‘boneless wings.’ Chicago judge John Tharp Jr. wrote; “(Aimen) Halim sued Buffalo Wild Wings over his confusion, but his complaint has no meat on its bones. Despite his best efforts, Halim did not ‘drum’ up enough factual allegations to state a claim.’’
