Jon Bon Jovi tells NBC that his long marriage hasn’t suffered despite a rock-and-roll lifestyle. “I got away with murder. I’m a rock and roll star. I’m not a saint. You know, I’m not saying there weren’t a hundred girls in my life. I’m Jon Bon Jovi. It was pretty good. If you think I was ever gonna jeopardize anything for believing the narcissist in me was real? What a stupid thing to do. What kind of excess does a man need that’s gonna fuel that fire? It is just not worth it. Not worth it.”
Sting tells the Financial Times that owning his own vineyard seems like magic to him. “I mean the whole thing is a miracle to me… The idea that you could plant something in the ground, grow it and consume it is magic. Owning a vineyard was never on the cards. But it’s remarkable to look out at those fields and think we’re going to drink that one day.”
Stevie Nicks was doing an interview for a recent edition of Vogue magazine when she said she loves decorating her home and creating cozy spaces. “I’ve always loved making my house feel magical. Candles, soft lighting, music playing in the background — that’s my comfort zone. I need beauty around me. It inspires me.”
ZZ Top star Billy Gibbons tells Rolling Stone magazine that he is a foodie. “One of the things I really like about being on the road and having the opportunity to play a wide variety of cities is getting to stop in places I haven’t been before and check out what the local food scene has to offer.”
Lenny Kravitz tells Esquire magazine that he makes his bed every morning with military precision. “It does not matter if I am at home, on the road, or staying in a hotel — that bed is going to be perfect before I do anything else. Corners tight, pillows lined up, everything smooth. It sets the tone for the whole day. If I can control that one thing first, I know I am going to handle the rest.”
