Woman Sues ALDI Over Slip And Fall On Produce: Villages-News says a Wildwood, Florida woman is suing ALDI in a slip-and-fall lawsuit. Carol Kellogg says she slipped on  produce. She claims it was left on the floor. ALDI is denying the allegations and says Kellogg is partly to blame. They say she was the sole contributor of her own injuries by “failing to exercise reasonable care and observe her surroundings. The alleged condition on the floor was open and obvious to all customers at the store.” Kellogg is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.
