a Chicago man, dressed as Buddy the Elf, recently smashed a window while trying to scare a woman. Matthew P. Sitz is an actor, who works for Elf’d Up, a festive pop-up bar near Chicago’s Wrigley Field. Sitz accidentally broke a pub window while banging on it. He did not intend to break it and has apologized. Sitz looks like Will Ferrell’s twin.
