Fast Walking Reduces Risk Of Early Death:
StudyFinds says a recent study by Vanderbilt University reveals that just 15 minutes of fast walking a day can lower the risk of dying by almost 20%. Researchers studied 85,000 people. They found that slow walking only reduces the risk of dying by 4%, but when people speed up and walk quickly it reduces the risk of dying by 19%. The scientists concluded that climbing stairs or any other exercise that gets the heart pumping faster will reduce the risk of early death.
