A North Carolina Powerball player missed winning Monday’s $1.2 billion jackpot by one number. They still won $2 million with a Power Play option.  The ticket was sold in Clayton, North Carolina.  The next drawing is tonight, with odds of winning the jackpot at over 290 million to 1.
