On Time Survey
A new survey by Fortune magazine reveals that Gen Z workers view being five to ten minutes late as basically on time. Other findings:
– 70% of Baby Boomers have zero tolerance for tardiness
– 40% of millennials are forgiving of colleagues being 10 minutes late
– 26% of Gen X’ers are forgiving of being tardy by 10-minutes
– Gen Z’ers miss 25% of deadlines each week, compared with 6% of Baby Boomers and 10% for Gen X’ers
