Atlanta Cocktail Bar Selling $10,000 Martini: INSTORE Magazine says an Atlanta cocktail bar, called Roaring Social, is offering a $10,000 martini that comes with a 5-carat diamond tennis necklace.  The drink is called the Roaring Jewel. It is made with Beluga Gold Line Vodka, a dry vermouth rinse, and Billecart-Salmon Le Reserve. Solomon Brothers says the cocktail is a bargain because the necklace is appraised at $11,000.
