Yankees Fan Sues For $10 Million After Bat Strikes Her In The Stands: The NY Post says a New York woman was recently struck by a bat at Yankee Stadium. Stephanie Duluc has filed a $10 million lawsuit.  Her suit says the protective netting behind home plate was significantly lower in her section, leaving an opening.  The bat hit her with such force that she was knocked from her seat and suffered a traumatic brain injury.
