Man Sues Lyft After Driver Takes Off Without Him: The Las Vegas Review-Journal says a Clark County, Nevada man is suing Lyft because his driver took off without him. David Morris says the vehicle was locked when the driver arrived. His suit claims the driver accelerated at a high speed with his left hand in the door handle. Morris was dragged 300 feet. The lawsuit seeks more than $15,000 in compensatory damages and more than $15,000 in special damages, plus medical care and lost earnings.
