Personality Survey
A new survey by Harris reveals that 91% of hiring managers believe personality matters as much as skills. 86% say personality can sometimes outweigh a candidate’s skill gap. Other findings:
-72% of job seekers say personality is very important to succeeding at a new company
-33% of hiring managers and 20% of job seekers say personality is absolutely essential to long-term success
