Passenger Sues Delta Over Hot Coffee Spill: The New York Post says a 63-year-old New York man is suing Delta Air Lines because  a flight attendant spilled hot coffee on his lap during a flight from Puerto Rico. Frank Morello says the coffee burned his right leg. He got second-degree burns, blistering, and permanent scarring. Morello claims he did not receive medical treatment until the plane landed at JFK. He is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.
