Recruiters Split Over Iced Coffee At Interviews.

Fortune magazine says Gen Z’ers are bringing iced coffees into job interviews.  Some recruiters are warning it is too casual of a move. One recruiter argued that a coffee in hand could make an interview look like one stop on a day of errands.  92% of people say bringing iced coffee to an interview is unacceptable while 8% say it is fine.  Hiring managers advise against anything messy or distracting.
